Spiced Winter Glow Tea

Ingredients (Serves 2)
2 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
3-4 slices fresh ginger
2 whole cloves
1 star anise
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
1 rooibos or chamomile tea bag (naturally sweet and caffeine-free)
Juice of 1/4 fresh orange (optional for citrusy notes)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (unsweetened, natural)
Fresh rosemary sprig (for garnish)
Instructions
In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add the cinnamon stick, ginger slices, cloves, star anise, and turmeric powder (if using). Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to infuse all the flavors.
Remove the pot from the heat and steep the rooibos or chamomile tea bag in the spiced water for 3-4 minutes.
Remove the tea bag and stir in the fresh orange juice and vanilla extract for a natural hint of sweetness.
Pour the tea into mugs and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig for an extra festive touch.
