Berry and Cauliflower porridge

Good morning! I’m excited to share a unique breakfast recipe with you. It’s called the “Berry and Cauliflower porridge.” This might sound a bit different, but trust me, it’s delicious and a fantastic way to start your day!

Berry and Cauliflower porridge

 Ingredients:

 1 cup (240 ml) Full-Fat Canned Coconut Milk

1 ½ cups (360 ml) Cauliflower Rice

2 tablespoons (30 ml) Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

⅓ cup (80 ml) Frozen berries of your choice

1 scoop High-Quality Protein Powder

 Instructions: 

  • In a small saucepan, mix together the coconut milk, cauliflower rice, shredded coconut, and berries of choice. Heat it over medium.

  • Let it simmer gently for about 4 to 5 minutes, until the cauliflower softens and the liquid slightly reduces.

  • Take off the heat and mix in the protein powder until well blended.

  • Pour into your favourite bowl and enjoy this delightful, health-packed start to your day!

 Note on Cauliflower Rice:

You can easily make cauliflower rice by pulsing cauliflower florets in a food processor until they reach a rice-like texture. Alternatively, for convenience, pre-made cauliflower rice is readily available at most food stores. Either option works great for this recipe!
