 Ingredients

         •       1 cup Rolled Oats

        •       1 cup Almond Milk (or any plant-based milk)

        •       1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)

        •       2 tbsp Almond Butter

        •       1/2 cup Blueberries

        •       1 tbsp Chia Seeds

        •       1 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds

        •       1/4 cup Almonds (chopped)

        •       1/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

         1.      In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, and cinnamon. Mix well.

        2.      Fold in the blueberries, chopped almonds, and chopped walnuts.

        3.      Divide the mixture into mason jars or airtight containers.

        4.      Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

        5.      In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add a splash of almond milk if needed.

        6.      Serve cold and enjoy!
