Start your day with a revitalising and protein-packed smoothie that’s not only delicious but also wonderfully nutritious.

 Green Bliss: Nourishing Protein-Packed Smoothie

Ingredients:

         •       1 Apple (peeled, cored, and chopped)

        •       2 Kiwis (peeled and sliced)

        •       1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed (linseeds)

        •       1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 2 cups Baby Spinach

  • 1 scoop of your favourite plant-based protein powder or a serving of Greek yoghurt (for a creamy texture and protein boost)

  •   A handful of raw nuts (like almonds or walnuts) or seeds (such as chia or hemp seeds) for an extra dose of protein and healthy fats

 Instructions:

         1.      Place the apple, kiwis, ground flax seed, cinnamon, and almond milk into a blender. Blend until smooth.

        2.      Add the baby spinach and your choice of protein powder or Greek yoghurt. Blend again until everything is well combined and smooth.

        3.      For added texture and nutrients, sprinkle with your chosen nuts or seeds.

        4.      Pour into a glass, sip, and savour every nutritious gulp!
