Chocoholic's Bliss: Creamy Protein-Packed Yoghurt Delight
Looking for a tasty snack? Try my simple chocolate protein yoghurt recipe – perfect for a delicious boost and also satisfies your sweet tooth!
Ingredients:
• 250ml (1 cup) Plain Greek Yoghurt or a dairy-free alternative of your choice
• 60ml (¼ cup) High-quality Chocolate Protein Powder
• 15ml (1 tbsp) Cashew Butter
• 80ml (⅓ cup) Dark Chocolate (75% cocoa or higher)
Instructions
Combine the yoghurt, protein powder, and cashew butter in a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip them together until thoroughly combined and fluffy. Divide the mixture evenly between bowls and set aside.
Prepare your double boiler by adding water to the lower section or, alternatively, fill a small pot halfway with water and place a heat-resistant bowl on top. Bring the water to a simmer and add the dark chocolate to the bowl. Melt the chocolate, stirring frequently to ensure it’s smooth and lump-free. As an alternative, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave using 30-second bursts, stirring in between.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yoghurt mixture, using the back of a spoon to gently spread it into an even layer. Refrigerate the bowls until the chocolate has set, which should take about 10 to 15 minutes.
