Ingredients:

         •       1/2 medium avocado

        •       1 slice sourdough bread (or gluten-free bread if you wish)

        •       1/4 tsp sea salt

        •       Juice of 1/4 lime

        •       1/4 cup strawberries, chopped

        •       1 1/2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese

        •       Fresh basil leaves

 Instructions:

         1.      Toast the sourdough bread until golden and crispy.

        2.      In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the lime juice and sea salt.

        3.      Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toast.

        4.      Scatter the chopped strawberries and crumbled feta on top.

        5.      Garnish with fresh basil leaves for a fragrant finish.

        6.      Serve immediately and savour the burst of flavours!
