Womens Midlife health. What to Expect.

If you are in or near, your midlife, then you are probably beginning to feel the effects of aging on your body. Midlife and onwards comes with a whole set of challenges to navigate. As well as dealing with menopause and all the hormone changes, it becomes common to experience backache, joint pains, lack of energy, mood swings and weight gain. Looking after yourself during this time with good nutrition and lifestyle modifications can really improve your healthy and keep you feeling happy during this transition.
