Spicy Roasted Edamame

This simple yet flavourful snack transforms ordinary edamame into a crunchy, satisfying treat. it offers a nourishing snack option that’s both quick to prepare and delightful to eat. Perfect for those moments when you’re seeking something both wholesome and tasty!

Ingredients:

        •       3 cups Thawed Edamame
        •       1 tbsp Sesame Oil
        •       1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
        •       1 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
        •       1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes

Steps:


        1.      Preheat oven to 220ºC. Line a tray with parchment.
        2.      Mix edamame with oil, seeds, salt, and chilli flakes.
        3.      Spread on tray. Bake 15-20 mins until golden. Savour the crunch!
