Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding
Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding is a delicious breakfast idea. This easy recipe is prepared from fresh raspberries or strawberries, chia seeds, almond milk and topped with nuts of your choice.
Strawberry Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 cup raspberries or strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chia seeds
A handful of nuts and seeds of your choice.
Directions
Blend The Berries
Take a blender jar and add almond milk along with the raspberries or strawberries in it. Blend it well for a smooth paste and transfer it into a serving bowl or you can just put the berries in at the end.
Add Chia Seeds
Add chia seeds along with vanilla extract in the raspberry or strawberry mixture. Mix the ingredients well with a spoon.
Refrigerate
Place the bowl in refrigerator for a while and let the pudding set. Once set, garnish with some fresh berries and serve it chilled. Enjoy!
