Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning (or garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Blend cottage cheese, egg, seasoning until smooth.

  3. Spread batter thinly on a greased, parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until browned and soft.

  5. Let cool before using as a wrap.
