This wrap is a fantastic alternative to traditional bread, offering a good amount of protein to keep you energized and satisfied. Perfect for a light and healthy meal base.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning (or garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Blend cottage cheese, egg, seasoning until smooth.
Spread batter thinly on a greased, parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until browned and soft.
Let cool before using as a wrap.
