 Matcha & MCT Oil Morning Latte

This Matcha & MCT Oil Morning Latte combines the mental clarity of green tea matcha with the sustained energy release of MCT oil, creating a creamy delight.

 Ingredients:

         •       2 cups (480 ml) Unsweetened Cashew Milk

        •       2 teaspoons (10 ml) Green Tea (Matcha) Powder

        •       1 tablespoon (15 ml) MCT Oil

 Instructions:

  • Gently warm the cashew milk in a pot on the stove until it’s just hot. Alternatively, use a steaming wand for that perfectly frothy touch.

  • Add the hot cashew milk, matcha powder, and MCT oil to a blender. Blend on high for 15 seconds to achieve that smooth, velvety consistency.

  •  Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy
