Lemon Balm Tea

Ingredients
• 1 Lemon Balm Tea Bag (or 1 tbsp fresh lemon balm leaves, or 1 tsp dried)
• 1 cup Boiling Water
• Optional: A slice of Lemon for garnish
• Optional: A few Fresh Mint Leaves for extra flavour
Instructions
1. Steep the Tea:
• Place the lemon balm tea bag in a mug and pour 1 cup of boiling water over it. If using fresh or dried leaves, place them in a teapot or mug and pour boiling water over them. Cover and let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
2. Strain and Serve:
• If using fresh or dried leaves, strain the tea into a mug, discarding the leaves. If using a tea bag, simply remove it. Garnish with a slice of lemon or a few mint leaves if desired. Sip slowly and enjoy the calming benefits of this herbal tea.
