Frozen Yogurt Bark with Pomegranate and Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:
240 ml (1 cup) Plain Greek Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt
79 ml (1/3 cup) Pomegranate Seeds
15 ml (1 tbsp) Pumpkin Seeds
Instructions:
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, wax paper, or a silicone mat.
Spread the yogurt evenly onto the lined tray to about 6 mm (1/4-inch) thickness.
Evenly scatter the pomegranate and pumpkin seeds over the yogurt.
Freeze until very firm, approximately 2 hours.
Once set, slice or break the bark into pieces.
