Easy No-bake Chocolate Energy Balls

These easy to make energy balls are a perfect snack when you fancy something sweet. They give you an energy boost and satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

Rolled oats – 350g

Almond butter (or peanut) – 120g 

Protein powder – 80g (2 scoops)

Honey (or maple syrup) – 3tps

Vanilla extract – 1tsp

Flax seeds or Chia seeds – 1tbsp

Dark Chocolate try to use 80% + (chopped) – 80g

Oat Milk – 4tbsp

 Method:

  1. Add the oats, protein powder and seeds of your choice to a bowl and mix.

  2. Add in the nut butter, honey and vanilla extract and mix.

  3. Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Then add to the mixture.

  4. Slowly add in the oak milk, 1 tablespoon at a time. Use your hands to combine the mixture until it comes together in a sticky ball. If the mixture is too dry add extra milk, but not too much as the ball won’t hold its shape.

  5. Take the large ball and roll it into smaller balls with your hands.

  6. Leave to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  7. Once they have fully set, enjoy!
