Cucumber and Avocado Slices

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced into rounds

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced into thin wedges

  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) lemon juice

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Sprinkle of black pepper

  • Optional: Chopped fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions
