Cucumber & Mint Water

I’m lucky to have both cucumbers and mint growing in my garden, so I decided to make this refreshing drink! It’s perfect for staying hydrated and feels so cooling on warm days. The best part? No sugar added – just natural, fresh flavours.

 Ingredients:

         •       1 Cucumber (thinly sliced)

        •       A handful of Fresh Mint Leaves

        •       1 Lime (optional, for an extra zesty kick)

        •       1 litre (4 cups) Cold Water

Instructions:

         1.      Prepare the Ingredients: Thinly slice the cucumber and roughly tear the fresh mint leaves.

        2.      Assemble the Drink: In a large jug, add the cucumber slices and mint leaves. Fill the jug with cold water.

        3.      Infuse: Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse, or pop it in the fridge for a few hours for a stronger taste.

        4.      Serve: Pour into a glass over ice, and add a squeeze of lime for an extra refreshing twist. Enjoy this hydrating, sugar-free drink!

This drink is a simple and healthy way to stay hydrated, with the added bonus of fresh garden flavours.
