Cabbage and seafood miso soup

This quick simple-to-make soup is full of shrimps and cabbage. The only time consuming part of making this is peeling all the shrimps!

Ingredients

  • 44 millilitres Sesame Oil

  • 1.7 litres Vegetable Broth

  • 45 millilitres Coconut Aminos (you can use soy sauce or tamari)

  • 54 grams Miso Paste

  • 12 grams Ginger (finely chopped)

  • 290 grams Shiitake Mushrooms (sliced)

  • 356 grams white Cabbage (thinly sliced)

  • 4 stalks Green Onion (chopped)

  • 227 grams Shrimp (peeled and rinsed)

  • 298 grams Salmon Fillet (cut into small pieces)

Directions

In a large pot, bring the broth, sesame oil, coconut aminos, miso, and ginger to a boil. Simmer for five minutes.

Add the mushrooms, cabbage, green onions, shrimp, and salmon to the broth and cook for four to five minutes or until cooked.

Divide evenly between bowls and enjoy!
