My Go-To Snack or Easy Breakfast! Boiled Eggs with Spinach

  • Boost your day with my simple, nutritious Boiled Eggs with Spinach. Perfect for a quick bite or a hassle-free breakfast!

    Ingredients:

            •       Eggs (as many as you like)
            •       Fresh spinach leaves
            •       Salt and pepper to taste
            •       A drizzle of olive oil (optional)

    Instructions:

Boil the Eggs: Place your eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 9 minutes for firm yet slightly creamy yolks.

  • Prepare the Spinach: While the eggs are cooking, wash the spinach leaves and steam them until they are just wilted. You can use a steamer or simply put them in a covered pan with a splash of water.

  • Peel the Eggs: Once the eggs are done, cool them under cold running water to stop the cooking process, and then peel them.

  • Serve: Slice the boiled eggs in half and arrange them on a plate with the steamed spinach. Season with salt and pepper, and if you like, a drizzle of olive oil.

  • This simple, nourishing snack packs a punch with protein and vitamins, making it a superb choice for a quick and healthy bite.
